With three unique locations, each with such a diverse set of possibilities, we have the potential to book just about any event you can think of. Do you need a private room for a board meeting? We’ve got that. Want to throw a corporate golf tournament? We can do that too. Maybe you want the perfect setting for your wedding or how about renting out theYou guessed it, we can do that too! From small dinners for 10-12 to large scale events for 100 or more, we can do it all. Almost anything is possible!

From dinner parties, BBQ’s, weddings, corporate events to Christmas parties galas, Chef Paul and his team has what it takes to deliver handcrafted cuisine and genuine hospitality no matter what you had in mind.
Mark has been cooking around the Edmonton restaurant scene since 2008. After cooking the night shift during university, he took his passion to NAIT and started his culinary apprenticeship. He took his new skills to Hundred Bar & Kitchen to work for Chef Paul. Working his way up from Garde Manger to Sous Chef, Mark got to work with some great chefs and moved on to work at restaurants such as the Marc, 12 Acres, and the Almanac. His passion for charcuterie pushed him to open his own small-batch shop called Porc Salé, specializing in fermenting salami, whole animal butchery, and selling other local producers. After having to disband due to Covid, Mark joined the Greenhouse team to lead Victoria. He now leads the culinary program across the golf courses. Mark looks forward to coaching a young team of cooks through a busy golf season and teaching them everything he can from how to clean a chicken to what it takes to put together a wine pairing dinner.
Weronika was raised in restaurants. She comes from a family of talented culinary artists, known for founding several trendy spots on Whyte Ave during its heyday. Weronika managed the opening of three city golf course restaurants under the umbrella of Robert Spencer Hospitality. Weronika truly believes in Chef Paul’s work with local distributors and his connection with the community. Her mission is to provide golfers and non-golfers alike an amazing River Valley experience. Whether providing a carefree lunch on the course, an informative pairing dinner with local distributors or an intimate event with your nearest and dearest, Weronika’s passion is creating the perfect dining experience paired with a picturesque view.
Our restaurant group began when Chef Paul Shufelt opened the doors to The Workshop Eatery in the fall of 2015. In doing so, he set out to provide handcrafted food that highlighted the seasonality and diversity of the ingredients found in our region whenever possible. He aimed to do that in a way that was pleasing to our guests, mindful of our environment, and supportive of the local food economy. Care and attention to quality can be found in every aspect of our menu. Our hotdogs are custom made for us from the fine people at Meuwly’s. The meat for our sandwiches are sourced locally, roasted and sliced in house. The bread is delivered fresh six days a week from Bon Ton Bakery. Our craft beer list is made up primarily of amazing local breweries, including our very own Airmail Ale, created just for us thanks to the fine folks at Omen Brewing. While the menu is modest we take great pride and care in everything we serve. So as we embark on this new venture called Greenhouse Restaurants we welcome you to try something new, experience truly local food and allow us to make your golf round just a little more memorable.
